During a home inspection:

A home inspection generally takes two to four hours, but may take more time depending on the size of the house.

Deck failure:

75% of people on a deck when it collapses are killed.  Deck failure is most likely cause by wood rot or foundation problems. Wood in deck posts should be protected in a few ways.  Contact with dirt, or concrete, causes moisture to wick inside posts. Water from bad drainage and missing flashing and no joist hangers.

Mold Inspection:

If you have found mold in your home, business or Commercial business.  The inspection may require mold testing, for which there is a charge.  We are certified are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to accurately inspect the areas of concern in your property and to determine a solution for your problem.  

Common moisture problem area:  Inspection of HVAC system.  Moisture measurements with infrared technology.  Humidity level assessment and wall cavity inspection using boroscope technologie.

Then provide a written report with results following by a lab testing report within days of your inspection.
